WOW. I would give a ZERO or NEGATIVE rating to AdAware right now if I could. I can't even see that I have an open ticket with you.

You are absolutely terrible at support.

I have an issue that my AdAware Antivirus PRO is good until FEBRUARY 2024, yet you - yes AdAware - expired it a full year ahead and all I have is AdAware Free.

I have provided you the information that my license is good until 2024, but all I get is run around. This is easy to fix on your end. So FIX it.
