Can't Uninstall Software

I have been unable to uninstall this software for over a year now. Every time I try to, it opens me to the uninstaller, prompts me to reboot and after I do so it still appears on my PC. When I try to open other software I get a pop up asking me to update the Ad-Aware software. It is still showing up in my Control Panel 'Programs & Features' as well as in the Apps section after navigating through the settings.

Here is what it gives me after pressing 'Uninstall' in apps or the Control Panel. After pressing reboot now nothing changes and it's still showing in my installed apps.

And here it is in my Apps. Pressing Modify also just brings up the same uninstaller screen.

Here are my windows specifications if you need them. If it matters I am the only user on my computer and am also the admin of the machine. Please help me!! Thank you very much.
