Bluescreen by using "Fritz!Box 7590" (modem/router) with real-time protection of adaware

A few days ago I tried again with the operating system of my router/modem (FritzBox7590) via browser (Firefox and MS Edge). When I type in the address line "fritz.box" immediately leads to a system freeze and afterwards it triggers a bluescreen every time: "DPC watchdog violation". I only get access to the "Fritz!Box" without crashing when I temporarily disable the real-time protection of Adaware Antivirus.
