Adaware started during power up -- BUT Scans cannot be activated
System:
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on 9/19/2020
OS build 19045.3208
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0
Adaware License active. [just checked]
Problem: As of yesterday Adaware does perform scans anymore.
Observations:
- Adaware is started during power up.
- Adaware icon is available in the task bar under 'show hidden icons'
- when right clicking on the adaware icon (in show hidden icons)
and select any of the property menue entries.... NO ACTION. - during the day, Adaware shows cleanup notifications... BUT when I click it just disappears (fades away)... NO ACTION
So, any help is appreciated.

Sometimes, restarting the Adaware service can help resolve operational issues.

Open Task Manager: Right-click on the taskbar and select
Task Manager. -
Find Adaware Service: Look for any Adaware processes or services running under the
ProcessesorServicestab. -
Restart Adaware Service: Right-click on the Adaware process/service and select
Restart.
If restarting the service doesn't work, reinstalling Adaware can often resolve software-related issues.

Uninstall Adaware:
- Press
Win + Xand selectApps and Features. - Find Adaware in the list, click on it, and select
Uninstall. - Visit the official Adaware website and download the latest version of Adaware compatible with Windows 10 Pro.
- Install Adaware following the on-screen instructions.

You go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
Ensure that Windows Defender is not interfering with Adaware. You might need to add Adaware to the exclusion list.

Yes I am also trying to activate my scan options but It's not helping. I want to use scan option for my minecraft project urgently please help ASAP
