PC Cleaner no internet connection

Hello all,

Having problems with the program, each time I tried to open it would not, I re-install, already multiple times, but I keep getting this error when sign in (most recent version);

Can anyone help?

  I’ve contacted you multiple times with no results. The only recommendation you’ve given was to turn off my firewall, which has not helped the issue.

  I'm having the exact same problem.  AND the support address doesn't recognize my email address, so I can't even submit a ticket!
