False Positive Report

    This file is still being flagged by the Ad-aware software. We filed a report, as advised, with Bit-defender and they cleared the file, stating it was no longer being detected as a false positive. That was several days ago. Do you have an ETA on when we can expect your flag to be removed? Are there further steps to be taken in this process? The file is too large to attach to this post (10.5 MB) and the online submission form for false positives has not allowed me to submit the file either.
