False Positive Soundtouch Music Server

I cannot run Bose's Soundtouch Music Server software. I have included the necessary exclusions to no avail. The software works fine with the antivirus disabled. With the antivirus running, the Music Server on my PC cannot find my Soundtouch speaker. They will not link up.
