Same problem as the others

Very displeased to discover two things:

 

a) that RegTuner will not activate with my correct personal information and the Activation Code issued to me.

 

this is an outstanding problem with RegTuner distribution, one that several other customers have had and with which they have had trouble getting help.

-- (Also, what am I supposed to put in the "Company" field? This is a personally-registered product.)

Looking for any help available on correcting this issue. Previous posts indicate that issuing a new activation key may be sufficient.
