Where the Lavasoft support desk got to?

Where the Lavasoft support desk got to? To me as to the new user a second day do not answer. At me it is impossible to activate Lavasoft Registry Tuner, the program asks to state a product copy.

  Usually the support answers within 24 hours but sometimes they are over-loaded and it takes longer. Please, be patient.
