    Hi Tech83,

Can you describe what you mean with "difficulty browsing", what happens?

Does it work if you turn off web protection or other features in Ad-Aware?

    Which browsers are you using?

    Hi! CeciliaB,

By difficulty browsing I mean either the site doesn't load period or it loads as a list instead of the normal layout. No real-time protection is active via Ad-Aware but the issue does disappear when the Ad-Aware service is turned off. I'm using both IE 11 and FireFox 50; latest updates for all software installed. The issue occurs in both browsers. Forgot to mention in my previous post that the computer is real and not a virtual machine.

    Hi Tech83,

Beta 4 has been released, please install it.

If the problem still exists, please test to disable Web Protection and enable Realtime Protection. If that helps, please try to enable either Anti_phising and Malware Scanner or Malware Urls.

    Hi! CeciliaB,

The Ad-Aware program was installed in compatible mode (2nd line of defense). After receiving an update to the program the issue went away. However, I just was prompted to re-install Ad-Aware 12 & it installed Beta 7; so far all is well but I did receive a window that stated that the product wouldn't be compatible with my current version of Windows OS. Is Lavasoft planning on dropping support for Windows 7? If so, what OS or OSes will be supported?

    Hi Tech83,

What I've heard is that adaware will continue to work on Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, but not on older Windows versions, and that is what the FAQ says too: https://www.adaware.com/faq/adaware%20antivirus (Q What are the minimum requirements...)

So far everything is fine but I get a window saying that the product will not be compatible with the current version of Windows operating system.
