Application in “Protection active” status when user ignore alert message.

 

Steps:
1.Open AdAware 12 application.
2.Turn OFF Real-time protection and Email protection, pay attention that application get “Computer at risk” status and alert message appears on the bottom .
3. Click details and choose ignore option – pay attention that status of app is changed to “Protection active”

ER:
Application status is “Computer at risk” and only alert message disappears.

AR:
Application status is changed to “Protection active” when user choose “ignore” option but actually protection is OFF, user just ignore message.

  Hi Valerii,

   

  Lavasoft will investigate internally if they can change the wording for the case when all protections are disabled and the user has chosen to ignore warnings, but still keep the green background, without too much work.
