Installation problem in Windows 7

If you get the message "Error: Couldn't create process." after installation of/upgrading to adaware antivirus 12, please try:

1. Make sure that you have Service Pack 1.

2. Reboot the computer, since that sometimes solves this type of error.

3. It's very important that Windows 7 is updated, since adaware depends on the update called KB 3033929.

4. If you're using a virtual machine, there are some incompatibilities and it's not recommended.
