    Hi ahahah,

Please, collect and upload folders and files by following http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?/topic/33638-collect-logs-for-troubleshooting/ to let Lavasoft investigate your issue.

PS. To get an email when I reply, please click "Follow this topic" button, which is located rather close to the upper right corner.

    Good, ahahah!

But please, collect files and folders anyway.

When Ad-Aware is in compatibility mode, you don't have any real-time protection and that isn't safe.

hello. I just went to update my payed pro version of adaware this morning and I am having this same issue myself.
I really am not good with tech.. but from what I can tell there is at least some of adaware re-installed on my comp, but I can't really access any of it/ its not showing up on the desktop/in the programs as being installed/working.

The install process just loops endlessly on the publishing product installation step...

I think I attached the files you need ..

    Thanks for your help

    Hi Furesiya,

Thank you for the logs. I'll inform my contact person at Lavasoft on Monday, when she is back in the office.

Thank you. Until then is there a way to get the previous version back?

    You're welcome

Not from Lavasoft's web site, but you can investigate if Filehippo has old installation files. I know that they had Ad-Aware 9 after Ad-Aware 10 had been released.

Maybe a system restore to a date before the installation of Ad-Aware 11 can help you too, but hard to know.

Start menu - All programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore

    Hi Furesiya,

I got this explanation from Lavasoft.

The installation is divided in seven smaller installations. Each one of these seven installations will display the same messages "Installing", "Downloading", "Publishing" etc. You have to be patient until all seven installations have been done. If you have a slow internet connection, it can take long time.

Please, try to install Ad-Aware 11 again.
