Can I Run Other Firewalls Simultaneously?

We recommend that you shutdown and uninstall any other firewall software before installing Lavasoft Personal Firewall on your computer.

In theory, it does not harm the computer to have more than one firewall. However, software conflicts can occur. Furthermore, the two firewalls' rule sets may conlflict making configuration tiresome and frustrating.
