Deleting .exe file that I want to keep

Ad-Aware keeps deleting an .exe file that I want to keep. I use OblyTile.exe to create tiles for my windows 8 start screen. I can not figure how to make that file trusted. Can anyone help?

 

I have Ad-Aware free version 11.5.202.7299

  Please, follow the guide http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?showtopic=18033to give Lavasoft all the information they need to be able to investigate if it is a false positive.
