Sametime valid exectuables are reported as malware

On October 26th, I issued a Vendor ticket, reporting on a false positive detection scenario.
I would like to know what is the expected time-frame to get a response from Malware labs on false positive detection scenario.

Running Ad-aware 11.8 on Windows 2008 generate a false-positive report about three exectuable that are marked as malware.

Those executables are part of Sametime server installation - a server side SW that enables instant meessting and real-time collabroation.

The file name of the the detected executbales are:

stservicewrapper.exe

steventserver.exe

stservicemanager.exe

Note that those three files are the same binary executable.

I would appreciate to get a response when this false positive detection is going to be fixed and removed.

  Thanks for your report. I can't locate any FP reports relating to SameTime FPs on, or around Oct 26th. Can I ask you to upload the flle(s) that are being detected please and I'll have them checked out?
