The UI window pops up with an error
I have found a bug where upon a user attempting to open the user interface windows pops up with an error. I tried to do step 2 and save local temp data but I could not despite extensive looking find the adaware installation msi files. but I was able to do do the first zip and system info.
Also I cant find the browse option after clicking more reply options

Now I have the browse option, thanks here are the files, like i mentioned i couldnt locate the msi temp files as they simply were not there. but here is a screenshot as well and i will replicate the issue and grab the advanced details. if I may make a suggestion, add a items detected: number part to the scanning window to show number of items detected during current scan

Thanks, I'll inform my contact person at LS.
Can you see my screenshot in post #2 now?
Just to be sure if any more changes of the forum configuration are needed.

I can, it seemed the changes were successful.

Thanks, it's Windows that should create the files listed in the last screenshot.

What do you do when the error occurs, since you seem to be able to use adaware sometimes?
LS are investigating the log files to try to find the bug.

I closed the main ui and then I try to re-open it and it crashes and occasionally wont relaunch, as for the above image, it works upon reboot so looks to be a session glitch

Further to add: detected items history under realtime protection, returns these blank entries:
shows items were found, but absolutely no information. when normally you would click on it and the information would appear in the box below
Lavasoft asks if you can make a compressed folder of the whole folder C:\ProgramData\adaware\adaware antivirus, they need some more information since the problem seems to be related to a particular file or extension.
Afterwards you can install the new beta version, where some problems have been fixed. But Lavasoft is still working on the problem in post #12.
