Problem windows tells me that protection is disabled

    Have you restarted the computer after the installation of adaware?

     

    Please, collect logs and other information by following the instructions in http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?/topic/34672-how-to-report-a-bug// to let Lavasoft investigate your problem.

    Yes in 5 days I had to restart several times the computer time, I even tried to reinstall but nothing changes.

     

    A new zip file, called Ad-Aware 12.zip, will be created, Yes but the size of the archive is 374 MB.. :/

     

    I didn't find MSI files :/

    Are you sure that the zip file contains C:\ProgramData\adaware and not C:\Program Files\adaware ?
    If yes, please zip only the sub-folder called Logs.

     

    After 5 days, it's normal that the MSI files (installation files) doesn't exist.

    Hello

     

    I installed the new version of ad-aware on both my computer and both computers, windows me say that ad-aware is disabled while real-time protection is active.

     

    Are you aware of this problem?
