Spyware Issue with NotAVirus.Downloader.Win32.DigStream

I'm having the same issue that the person in this topic had: http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?showtopic=5907

Any idea of what this is? AVG Anti-Spyware comes up and says that it's a low-risk issue, but I'm not sure if I should just ignore it or remove it.
