NEED HELP!!!!!!

I became a paid customer several days ago --Paid via Credit card. I do not get updates I do not think your system is working with my computer. I am not a techno-guy but seems nothing is clicking with my new paid spy anti virus Protection from your company. Please advise. LaryKnight@charter.net

It is likely someone could walk me through the system to assure all works as advertised. If this is not going to work for you just let me know & I will get my money back & buy a system which will work for me.
