I am a paying customer and have been for years and now my adware pro security won't accept my activation key after a fresh install due to a recent update that made the program faulty.
Ever since the new update my version of adware pro security version 11.14.1023.10544 isn't working properly.
A full scan is finishing in under 3 minutes where as the normal time would take over an 1 and a half hours on my pc.
I know it's not protecting my pc because i get pop ups and i have to use task manager to close off the page and restart the web browser.
This is because the new updated adware isn't doing a full scan as it's acting like it's only managing to do a quick scan.
I have spoken to Lavasoft on the phone at the time of writing this,as i want my pc protected rather than the bare bones and they can't do anything until monday maybe?
So now i don't wan't to use my pc as there is no protection on it apart from the bare bones of the free version and they can't sort this issue out for a paying customer that is supposed to have 24hr helpline?
