I am about ready to cancel my subscription. Your tech support is, hands down the worst I have EVER experienced. I just wrote a long message here and, I was already signed in it kicked me out and deleted the message saying I wasn't signed in WHEN I WAS!!!!!!!!!
There are no references to Adaware Pro Security that I can find in this forum. I have the the "service unavailable" message and it is not working thus making me vulnerable. What the am I paying you for? Then I go here, http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?/topic/33638-collect-logs-for-troubleshooting/ seeit is a long-standing issue and this think you people do not know waht you are doing and cannot protect me anyway. Further I do not know or want to know or care how to collect logs - I pay you! You should be walking me through it on chat or on-the-phone or, best, taking over my computer and fixing your malfunctioning product. I tried do what that topic said anyway and now have no idea where the zip files I created went so I cant attach them - after wasting a lot of my valuable time doing your job. Same with the msi file bs - I have no idea when I installed it and am not going to go through tens of thousands of files to find it then not know how to find it again in a zip file when I do. I do not understand how to attach the Appdata folder either. So contact me directly and fix it in 24 hours or I'll ask for a refund and allover you in every review forum I can find! Not, that, you care anyway as you wouldn't have this shitty tech support setup if you did. Or, if you really don't give a just refund me now.
