Help: Cannot get Pro Version to work or register

Last night I purchased a 3 year subscription for ad-ware PRO 2007. I inserted the registration serial number but could not get the Ad-Watch to work. I kept getting a message that said it was not available in the free version even though I had purchased the PRO version. I removed and reinstalled the software several times but it still will not work. I now get an error that says my regisrtaion serial number is invalid. Can anyone help me. I immediately sent an e-mail to lavasoft, but I have not received a reply yet. THANK YOU.
