    Hi safety,

    1. If possible, uninstall Spyware Clear with PC Tech Hotline and WSE_Vosteran in Control Panel's list of installed programs.

    2. Please, save AdwCleaner by Xplode on the desktop: https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

Turn off all programs, including browsers.
Double-click on AdwCleaner to start the program.

    Click on the Scan button.
Wait until the search has finished.

    Click on the Report button.
A report will be displayed, copy its content and paste into your answer.
If the report isn't displayed, it exist as C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[R0].txt.

Hi. If you are working with Vosteran and Spyware Clear, it can indeed cause some glitches. I had the same situation with my HP Pav, so I know what you are talking about. Okay, let's cut to the chase.

Firstly, kudos on trying everything – persistence is key in these situations. Now, those FRST.txt and Addition.txt logs you mentioned are crucial. Smart move there. It's like handing the doctor your medical history; helps to pinpoint the issue.

Now, head over to a reputable forum (like BleepingComputer) and share those logs. There are awesome folks there who can analyze them and guide you through a personalized fix. It's like having a team of tech superheroes at your back.

In the meantime, consider installing a reliable antivirus tool (if you haven't already) to stop these pests from spreading. And, of course, keep all your software updated for an extra layer of defense.

Hang in there, mate. The security of your data is now paramount.
