TVirtualStringTRee Access violation

Hello folks,

I did a full system scan and at first Adaware free version came up with 118 infections. When I tried to remove them they kept reappearing as though they had not ben removed. Then the program said I had to restart the computer to remove them. Having done this I did another scan and it came up with 3 infections. I thought the problem was solved. The following day I did another scan and it came up with 116 infections. After trying to remove them unsuccessfully with a few clicks of the remove button a window appeared showing

"TVirtualStringTree Access Violation at address 0053A08 in module Ad-aware2007.exe Read of address 0000000D

Send to Lava aupport team."

I followed the advice of the forum and did utilize the Trendmicro HijackThis and did a scan and below is the log that was generated. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.
