Remove NetProtect.com
I'm using Overplay to stream TV. Everytime I access a TV web page a new page pops up (netprotect.com). I think this "Trojan" also interrupts the TAP-Win32 adapter and possibly also my WiFi connection on the PC. It is impossible to bypass the page.
I have read and have followed the instructions posted on this forum.
- Run full scan with Ad-Aware
- Downloaded FRST, done scan.
- Attached are FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
The next step no is to download AdwCleaner to desktop and do a scan?

Hi Tom,
According to the logs Ad-Aware is disabled and Windows Defender is enabled, please disable Defender and enable Ad-Aware for best protection. You also need to make sure that Ad-Aware is updated.
I can't see any adware in the logs.
I can see that you have Avast SecureLine installed and since both that program and NetProtect.com are VPN services, it's possible that Avast SecureLine is built on NetProtect's solution.
Or have you had another VPN service earlier that maybe is only partially uninstalled?
When did "NetProtect.com" start to appear?
