JS:Trojan.Cryxos.1257 keeps coming back

The JS:Trojan.Cryxos.1257 is detected and deleted by the software but it keeps coming back and the cycle continues - scan - detect - delete.  This virus seems to hijack my IE browser redirecting me to a survey site and or a mock Microsoft Alert site stating that a virus has been detected and to please call some number or they will report me to the authorities.  Please help me remove this bug once and for all.
