This has appeared on my scan gen:variant.sirefef.491  and i can't put it into Quarantine,delete or disinfected it say's failed all the time from the file name it's something to do with AVG, i'm in the process off deleting avg completey to see if this helps.

  If it's a file in a folder of AVG, it's probably a false positive. Please see the topic https://forum.adaware.com/index.php?/topic/36913-failed-to-clean-virus/ for an explanation and solution.
