IS ADAWARE Driver Manager safe to use for windows 10

Hi

I want to know about your driver update software. I am running windows 10 on my dell laptop latitude e7470. Recently i have re-install my windows on my machine. Some drivers are not updated yet causes crashes and slow performance. I searched about the free driver updating software and found your program but not sure should i install it to update my drivers.

Why there are app that charges for the driver updates?
