    Hi myasko,

     

    If you are using SugurSync, Dropbox, SkyDrive, Google Drive or any other file sharing site, you can upload the file to that site and send the link to the file in a message to LS Andy: http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?/user/19988-ls-andy/

     

    If you don't use any such service, you can upload it to http://sprend.com/ and send the link you get back in the message instead.

    Sent a PM with a false positive. Please check this ASAP.

     

    Things like this cost other people sales. Would be great if you would consider this before implementing overzeleaous heuristics into your software in the future.

    Hello. I sent a pair of files that I presume are False Positives through the false positive reporting URL. A week has passed without a response, so I decided to refer the question through this forum.

    The problem is the two files could contain personal data so I would rather not send them again publicly.

    Could you verify my original submission considering the email I used should be the same of my forum account?
