.exe files being deleted incorrectly
I have two .exe files that are being deleted inappropriately by Ad-Aware Pro version 11.5.202.7299. This is not happening during a scheduled or self initiated scan, so nothing is showing in the "Scan Computer" "View Report List" as your "Guide for posting false positives" describes. They are being shown in the "Real-Time Protection" "Detection History" lists. The program removed these on its own:
They are TOPCAT\uninst.exe and FSiPanel\FSIPanel.exe. The FSIPanel.exe is also being removed from AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX2\FSIPanel.exe.
The program is showing them as a virus, automatically deleted them, and does not give an option to restore them. The only option is to delete them from the detection history list. How can I get these files restored? Thanks.

Hi SST,
Please, collect logs and other information by following the instructions in http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?/topic/33638-collect-logs-for-troubleshooting/to let Lavasoft investigate your issue.
Have you checked if the files are in the quarantine of Ad-Aware?0 -
I was able to locate the files in the quarantine section and restore them. I'll check and see if they stay in place over the next few days. Thanks!

You're welcome
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I have managed to get everything in the Managed Exclusions list, and the scans are passing over them. However, I only have the Real Time Protection enabled right now. Should I be safe in reactivating the Active Virus Control too? Thanks.

I've attached the last scan report. In addition to the AppData\Local\Temp locations, it also removed the primary .exe files from the main program folders.
Here is a link to the FSiPanel program:
It's download location is:
http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=fsipanel
It also detected the uninstall exe for this program:
http://www.flightsimsoft.com/downloads/
The program has gone back to deleting these files again even though they were set into the Managed Exclusions sections. It looks like we definitely need to get these files into the definitions. Thanks.

To help Lavasoft improving Ad-Aware, it would be nice, if you can upload the files that were quarantined incorrectly. Please, do that by following the guide on http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?showtopic=18033to give Lavasoft the information they need to change the definitions.
I think, it's safe to reactivate the Active Virus Control.

Thanks for the information
I have moved this topic to the forum for false positives, please be patient while waiting for a response from Lavasoft.0 -
