agar.io and twitch chat

I cannot use any of these sites unless I deactivate ad aware. i have free edition and i cannot add exceptions for websites.

 

agar.io

 

twitch works fine - videos load and stream, but it completely blocks any chat (meaning, on all channels chat isnt accessible)

 

If I have to upgrade in order to use those, I'd rather switch to another security program, also free edition should be able to unblock sites that user marks safe.

  Can you post the full URLs that you're having problems with? It would be a big help if you could take screenshots of the problem too and attach them to the post.

  Those are full addresses. I can relink photos, but in general. Chat that is channel-based (every channel has its own chat) doesnt work - wont load.

  Agar.io is a free browser based game and it won't load. A message appears saying a firewall or antivirus blocks the site. The site works, and chat as well, when I deactivate Ad Aware antivirus

  Hi,

   

  I checked our URL database and the two URLs are not listed, so its strange that they're blocked by Ad-Aware. Can you upload a screen shot of the message you're getting - it might help shed more light on this. Thanks!

  and yes, im sure its ad aware related because when i disable it both sites work normally. note: if i disable real time protection, the sites wont work, until i turn off (Stop Ad Aware) the antivirus.Gaming mode doesnt help.
