False Positive .exe files from school surver

Hello,

 

I'm in a visual basic programming class and since last Tuesday. Ad-aware has been detecting the .exe files that I download for class as viruses and now I can't compile them.

 

This is just one of the files that won't work. How do I permenantly solve the problem?
