Solutions when there are issues after upgrading to Windows 10

If Ad-Aware isn't working well after you have have upgraded the computer to Windows 10:

Please, do a repair of Ad-Aware from the list of programs to uninstall. After that Ad-Aware usually works well again.

But if Ad-Aware still isn't working well, please uninstall it, restart the computer and install it again.

If Ad-Aware still isn't working well, please collect logs and other information by following the instructions in http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?/topic/33638-collect-logs-for-troubleshooting/to let Lavasoft investigate it. Start a new topic in the forum and upload the logs with your post.
