PC Cleaner Says "No Internet Connection Available"

I'm a long-time user.  I have an annual subscription.  Just got a Microsoft Surface running Windows 11.  Tried to install PC Cleaner.  I keep getting the message "No Internet Connection Available"  I have disabled the firewall, added PC Cleaner as a safe app, cleared the cache, etc.  No luck.  AND the adaware support page says that I don't exist in the system!  Please help.
